On-site check-in: all attendees, including sponsors, print their own badges during check-in at registration. We recommend arriving at 7:30 on Tuesday, 13 April, for quick access to the exhibit area. There is a dedicated badge-printing kiosk for sponsors and speakers to help things move quickly.

For help with lead scanning or any other queries, please visit the sponsor help desk, located in the exhibit area.
Each setup includes a 3-socket power strip, a waste bin and a locking cabinet for storage. Dedicated sponsor storage is limited to the booth cabinet.
There is security on site, but we cannot guarantee the safety of any belongings left unattended in the exhibit area. A staffed cloakroom in the registration area is available to all attendees
Sponsors are responsible for arranging both delivery and return shipments of all materials. Please review the deadlines below to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
