As part of the registration process, we ask for your consent to email you about future events and offerings. If you give your consent, please note that you can withdraw your consent on each communication you receive from us with a dedicated link.
We also seek your consent to share your information with our sponsors so they can contact you regarding their respective services and offerings. Consent to share your information with sponsors is entirely voluntary and is not required for registration or attendance at the event. Should you grant this consent, your personal data will be protected under their privacy policies, and if you wish to withdraw consent, you would have to make your request directly to the respective sponsors.
Eclipse Foundation will retain a record of your registration for its records, including for accounting purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
OCX provides a conference mobile app, the OCX Mobile App. After you register for OCX, the information you provide during registration will be added automatically to the app. This will enable you to log in to the app prior to and during the event.
By default, your profile will be visible to other attendees in the app, and information about you will be displayed in your OCX Mobile App profile, such as First name, Last name, Job title, Company, etc. After you log in to the app, you may choose to update your profile as well as change your visibility status.
Note that your email address is not visible in your OCX Mobile App profile. However, if you choose to make a connection with another attendee through the app, your data, including your email address, will be shared with the other attendee.
Our goal is to capture the excitement of our conferences, and you may see photographers or videographers (including ones we’ve hired) documenting this event. It’s possible that you may appear in some of these shots.
We also encourage attendees to share their conference experiences through social media. We invite you to speak directly with any photographer if you have concerns about their activities. Photos or videos taken by or on behalf of the Eclipse Foundation may be posted on one or more of our sites or used in future marketing materials and publications.
